Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days from when the order is placed. Once an order ships, you will be notified by email with tracking details.
If an order shipment is delayed, we will communicate with you about the delay.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included and no shipments are processed on those days.
We ship orders through Spee-Dee Delivery Service, UPS, or freight, depending on location and the weight of the order’s products.
Delivery estimates at checkout are estimates only. It is not a delivery guarantee from the time you place your order, and we are not responsible if UPS extends the delivery time after the order ships.
After an order leaves our warehouse, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in good condition and in a timely manner. If an order arrives damaged a claim must be filed with the carrier. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures of the damages. Failure to properly document damages may disqualify you from product replacement or reimbursement.
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, a refund will be given minus the cost of shipping.
If you ask us to cancel your entire order before we have shipped it, we will refund the full amount of your order with shipping, less 3% to cover credit card fees.
If your order is not acceptable due to damage or defect, we will replace the item or refund your payment, at our discretion.
If you change your mind after receiving your order and ask for a refund, contact us to arrange a return. You are responsible for return shipping. We charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.
We guarantee all products to be free from defects.
If a product is found to be defective, contact us to arrange a replacement of the product, or a refund, at our discretion. If items have cosmetic defects but remain functional, we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied, either with a replacement or partial refund.
