Bucket Top Feeders

Bucket feeders are a super easy and inexpensive way to feed your hives! Our 1.25 gallon bucket comes with a screw top lid for easy filling and cleaning. We drill 3 small holes in the lid to allow the bees to drain the syrup with minimal leakage. When the bucket is inverted on top of the hive, it creates vacuum that keeps the syrup from draining out. There are two options for using this bucket feeder: 1. Drill a hole on your hive cover and place directly on top of the hive (not recommended for telescoping covers with a metal top). 2. Place an empty hive body on top of the inner cover, and place the bucket feeder upside down over the inner cover hole.
