Fullfillment and Refunds
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days from when the order is placed. Once an order ships, you will be notified by email with tracking details.
If an order shipment is delayed, we will communicate with you about the delay.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included and no shipments are processed on those days.
We ship orders through Spee-Dee Delivery Service, UPS, or freight, depending on location and the weight of the order’s products. We do not ship outside the continental United States.
Delivery estimates at checkout are estimates only. It is not a delivery guarantee from the time you place your order, and we are not responsible if UPS extends the delivery time after the order ships.
After an order leaves our warehouse, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in good condition and in a timely manner. If an order arrives damaged a claim must be filed with the carrier. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures of the damages. Failure to properly document damages may disqualify you from product replacement or reimbursement.
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, a refund will be given minus the cost of shipping.
If you ask us to cancel your entire order before we have shipped it, we will refund the full amount of your order with shipping, less 3% to cover credit card fees.
If your order is not acceptable due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will replace the item or refund your payment, or in some cases provide monetary compensation, at our discretion.
If you change your mind after receiving your order and ask for a refund, contact us within 30 days to arrange a return. You are responsible for return shipping via UPS or freight, as needed. We charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.
The balance of any refund will be returned to the same method of payment for the original order.
We guarantee all products to be delivered in usable, working, new condition upon delivery.
If a product is found to be defective, contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement of the product, or a refund including shipping cost, at our discretion. If an item has minor cosmetic defects but remains functional, we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied, either with a replacement or partial refund, at our discretion. Our number 1 goal is to provide quality products, at a reasonable price, with excellent customer service.
