Speed-Fill XL - Bottle Filling Machine
The Speed-Fill XL is a game-changer for beekeepers who are ready to speed up their bottle filling!
The improved XL model features a heavier duty motor, gearbox, and circuit board, as well as a taller filler stand to accommodate larger bottle sizes!
Between our own staff and our customers, we've filled thousands of bottles through the Speed-Fill machine, and the feedback has been phenomenal. This little machine is more than up to the task, and will consistently, accurately, and quickly fill your honey bottles and jars at record speed!
The automatic fill mode cycles the machine every time you set an empty bottle on it, allowing you time to put a lid on the previous jar as the next one fills up. Maximum efficiency!
Four presets allow you to easily program the settings for your most popular jar sizes, so you can seamlessly switch between sizes without needing to re-program each time.
The DC drive motor is controlled by a scale load cell, providing a clean shut-off and a consistent fill whether you're filling one bottle, or 1000!
It'll fill bottles from 2oz to 12lbs. Maximum bottle height is 11.75 inches.
We include a couple of hose fittings to give you options for attaching the suction hose to the bottom of a bucket or honey tank. Also included are replacement rubber filler nipples.
Backed by a fabulous 3 year warranty!
We'll be getting these shipped out around April15th. Get your preorders in today!!

9 gallon Hillco tank with 5 gallon strainer bag attached around rim attached to speed fill xl
Sometimes you have to tweak the auto fill amount in grams a little initially the 1st few bottles but once it is set very consistent fast fills . I cranked out 500 eight ounce bears in about 2 1/2 hours total . Broke job up over a couple days. It can fill much faster than inspecting lids for debris and screwing them on. Filling 500 bears with a honey gate would be a slow tedious affair with drips and other accidents. Once you get it dialed in might as well fill a bunch of extra bottles to have on hand for next market etc, I hooked it up to a 9 gallon Hillco tank with a 5 gallon strainer bag permanently attached around rim. Glad it has 3 year warranty & price is not bad ---- much better than spending $2500 on an expensive unit.
Very pleased. Once I got it set up, we bottled about 120 lb into 12 oz bears and 3lb jars in a very short amount of time. Total time cleaning up after bottling took longer than it did to bottle. Customer service is great. I look forward to doing business with HillCo again.
Thank you.
We only had 30 lbs left to bottle when we decided we needed to improve our methods in 2024. Our test run was fun. The machine worked well and as described and sooo much neater than pouring out of a 5 gallon bucket with a gate.
We produce about about 400-600 lbs a year and are looking forward to the 2024 harvest using this.
